Vicki Ostendorf

After 30+ years growing her fitness community in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Vicki Ostendorf brings her knowledge and experience to some of the top endurance athletes in the midwest. She offers races, group fitness, personal training, and endurance coaching. She helps people reach their fitness goals and strives to bring the idea of longevity to life.  

Vicki has trained elite Ironman athletes, body builders, high school athletes, and endurance champions. She herself was the first woman to complete an Ironman on a Fat Tire Bike, and she has successfully operated a small, brick and mortar fitness studio nestled in the heart of the Twin Cities - saturated with big box gyms.  

Vicki's goal is to get people moving, help them reach their goals, and provide a top notch experience that inspires people to reach goals well beyond their assumed limits. She is a gym owner, race owner, speaker, and world-class athlete who has overcome cancer, a broken back, and numerous other small business struggles to be able to impact the lives of countless individuals in-person and online.
