Tiana Zang
An Arizona native hailing from Tempe and a proud alumna of Payson High School and Arizona State University, Tiana has called Scottsdale home since 1998. Her professional journey is marked by a profound commitment to healthcare, particularly in the realms of Hospice and Palliative Care. With a remarkable track record in the healthcare industry, Tiana made a significant impact by founding Sage Hospice in 2013 and rapidly transforming it into the largest For-Profit Hospice in the State within just five years. The success of Sage was a testament to Tiana’s unwavering dedication to providing unparalleled levels of compassion, comprehensive care, and personalized attention to every individual under their care. In 2018, she orchestrated a pivotal deal with a prominent private equity firm, expanding the Sage Family of Companies to encompass Hospice, Palliative Care, and Medicine services across four states. Throughout her illustrious career, Tiana remained deeply connected to the core values of patient care, consistently working hands-on with patients and their families until her retirement in 2022. Her profound experiences at the bedside, supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging moments, have been the cornerstone of her transition into the matchmaking and dating industry alongside her clinical partner,
Marnie Zang Katularu.
