Kory & Ali Anderson

Kory Anderson is the visionary behind the 150 Case Steam Engine, the largest steam engine in the world, which earned him a Guinness World Record and captured the attention of over 50 million viewers worldwide. Hailing from the small town of Andover, South Dakota, Kory’s journey from a farm boy to a leader in American manufacturing is nothing short of extraordinary.

At just 18, he built his first steam engine, and by 22, he launched Anderson Industries, which quickly grew to serve local farmers and businesses. His pursuit of excellence led to the acquisition of Dakota Foundry in 2014, a key step in bringing his dream of building the 150 Case to life. This monumental achievement showcased Kory’s innovation, craftsmanship, and unyielding commitment to preserving American industrial heritage.

In addition to his work with Dakota Foundry, Kory founded Iron Warrior Fitness Equipment, a 100% American-made brand born from the pandemic’s challenges, and established Iron Warrior Academy with his wife, Ali, where they train the next generation of skilled tradesmen. Kory’s story is one of grit, creativity, and a relentless drive to leave a legacy that impacts both industry and community for generations to come.
