Ian’s mission extends far beyond the court—he is passionate about helping athletes develop the discipline, mindset, and work ethic they need to succeed in basketball and in life.

With years of experience as a player, coach, and trainer, Ian has worked with thousands of athletes, guiding them to unlock their potential at every stage of their journey.
